This exhibition will include art submissions in various media; all offered by students registered with Student Disability Services. We will have snacks available for you as you walk around and enjoy the art.

6:00 - 8:00 pm Deaf Bingo – Wall/Gates Lobby

Join us for a fun and unique piece of Deaf culture! As participants in this bingo game, you will learn a few American Sign Language (ASL) signs while playing BINGO for prizes.

Guest Speaker: Dr. Wes Dotson, Assistant Professor, Burkhart Center for Autism Education and Research/Department of Educational Psychology/Leadership

Working with college students is exciting, but working with students on the Autism Spectrum is even more exhilarating. Taking what we already know and expanding that, educational leaders at Texas Tech have become more in tune with helping this population of students. There are more and better ways to support our students with Autism at TTU, and we want to share this information with you.

7:00 - 10:00 pm Screening of the movie, The Hammer – Allen Theater

You are invited to watch a movie with us! Based on the life of Matt Hamill, this film chronicles his life through struggles growing up, becoming the first deaf wrestler to win a National Collegiate Championship, and now a successful UFC fighter.
