Bridge of Lubbock, The
Description A non-profit organization that provides mentoring and guidance for at-risk teens in East Lubbock
Opportunity 1 Sorting donations
Prepare clothes donations for families in need

Opportunity 2 Feed the Mind Lunch
Serve meals to homeless and low-income families

Opportunity Companionship

Intensive English Program at TTU
Description Students from over 70 different countries have participated in the IEP. Some students come to prepare for their studies at American universities, while other students come to learn English for business purposes or to help them pursue their careers
Opportunity Volunteer Partner with an International Student
International students who need to improve their English skills working with American students to learn about American culture and customs.

Lubbock State Supported Living Center
Description A 24-hour residential and training care center for people diagnosed with mental retardation before age 17. The Volunteer Services Council for the Lubbock State (School) Supported Living Center's (LbSSLC) mission is to enrich the lives of those served by the LbSSLC, providing fundraising, community and campus events, along with one-on-one and group opportunities to meet this goal.
Opportunity Garden & Greenhouses
Clean up and preparations for planting are underway. During growing season, there is tending, weeding, watering, and harvesting. Volunteers are needed for all levels of preparation and work. 
Times Every Friday. Other times and dates can be pre-arranged.

Threads of Love
Description A national sewing ministry meeting the needs of newborns and tiny premature infants. Chapter projects benefit the Natal Intensive Care Units (NICU) at local hospitals
Opportunity Knitting for Babies
Baby hats, gowns, mittens, socks, blankets are a few of the items that are created. Prayers are sewn, knitted, and crocheted into the items.
