SUB Meeting Room Rates

  • To reserve a room, visit Online Reservations or call the Reservations Office at (806) 742-3636, come by room 203 (room 203 is located on the second floor at the south end) or e-mail Kristin Miller.

The rooms are available by reservation during the hours that the building is open. The building hours are Monday - Friday 7am-11pm, Saturday 8am-11pm, and Sunday 12pm-11pm.

SUB TV Rental

Portable TV Reservations for Events

  • For large-scale events such as conferences and banquets, portable TV's may be reserved if available.
    • Registered Student Organizations: The rental of the TV is free. Student Organizations will be responsible for covering labor cost to set up and tear down the TV's for after hours and weekend events.
    • Campus Departments and Off Campus Entities: $50.00 per TV rented. Additional cost will include labor for the set up and tear down of the event. Events & Guest Services will meet with each client to discuss additional labor cost per event.
  • Anyone wanting to reserve a TV reservation for their event should email Kristin Miller, Manager for Event & Guest Services at the Student Union at kristin.a.miller@ttu.edu for more details.

Video Streaming & Recording Events

  • Video Streaming Streaming costs $25.00/hour per camera for events between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. For after hour events & weekends, an additional $30.00 fee/hour per staff member will apply in addition to the camera fees. A minimum of two weeks advance notice must be given for this request to be considered.
  • Video Recording (Static) Recording is available for $50.00/event during 8am-5pm Monday-Friday and $50.00/event plus an additional $25.00/hour staffing fee for set up and take down for after hour events & weekends. No post-production provided by the Student Union Media team. Recording service will not provide a staff member during the event. The staff will only set up the service pre event and tear down post event. A minimum of two weeks advance notice must be given for this request to be considered.
