Registered TTU Student Organizations can utilize SUB Rooms at no cost.
*Fees such as Late Fees, Cancellation Fees, and Labor Costs still apply.
*Limit of three reservations held at one time. If your organization is hosting a conference

SUB TV Rental
NOTICE: We are not accepting new reservations for TV Rentals at this time. Updated: August 20, 2021
Portable TV Reservations for Events
- For large-scale events such as conferences and banquets, portable TV's may be reserved
if available.
- Registered Student Organizations: The rental of the TV is free. Student Organizations will be responsible for covering labor cost to set up and tear down the TV's for after hours and weekend events.
- Campus Departments and Off Campus Entities: $50.00 per TV rented. Additional cost will include labor for the set up and tear down of the event. Events & Guest Services will meet with each client to discuss additional labor cost per event.
- Anyone wanting to reserve a TV reservation for their event should email Kristin Miller, Manager for Event & Guest Services at the Student Union at kristin.a.miller@ttu.edu for more details.
