All participating teams will receive a photo package with an official team photo, so team photos are required this year.

You will receive an email at the address you supplied when your team photo time is assigned. (You will receive your confirmation email the same day of your email if your email is received during business hours. You will receive your confirmation email the next day if your email is received after 5:00 p.m.)

Students and teachers will be able to participate in Texas Tech Treks at the College of Engineering throughout the afternoon on Friday. No prior sign-up for Texas Tech Treks is required since treks will occur on a rolling basis. A list of the optional treks will be posted on the web on November 16 along with the final Championship Schedule.

Lunch

Complimentary brown bag “grab and go” food will be available for all teams on Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to make lunch for teams easy. (Concessions will also be available throughout the day on Friday at the competition site.)
