Ethics and Robotics

Ethics in the classroom is not just about doing what’s right or wrong. Ethics encompasses what we also have the opportunity to do. On this page, teachers will find resources and information about ethics in engineering and a lesson plan to begin the discussion of ethics and robotics. As technology in our daily lives continues to evolve at such a rapid pace, looking at robotics from the perspective of “Should we do this?” is a must. Students need to be able to answer the question “How will robotic technology affect humans and society?”
