March 01, 2010

Graduation is a busy time for seniors, parents, and counselors. Completing your work and planning in advance will eliminate emergency situations. The following guidelines will help ensure a smooth transition for students, parents, and counselors.

April 15, 2010 is the deadline for receipt of lessons to guarantee grades for May graduation deadlines.

- Final exams must be taken on or before May 7, 2010, to guarantee a grade for May graduations. Communicate with your school counselor to verify school deadline requirements for graduation, schools may have stricter deadlines.

- Failure to pass the final exam will result in failing the entire course. Review for the final and please bring any additional required work to be submitted to the proctor.

TTUISD staff and faculty are committed to doing everything possible (within reason) to help students meet graduation deadlines. All requests will be handled in the order they are received and will be processed expeditiously.
