SUBSTITUTIONS:  Substitutions will be made only after regional officials receive a signed fax preferably on school letterhead to fax number 806-742-1660.  Please use the Substitution Certificate in the Spring Meet manual.  The school dropping a participant should contact their District Director and the district alternate. 

TAKS TESTING:  Fri., April 21, Noon to 6, and Sat., April 22, 9 to 3, SOPSUDS, located on the 2nd floor of the Student Union Building, is available for testing. Administration and monitoring is the responsibility of schools.

MAILING: Participants requesting post-event mailing must provide the CONTEST DIRECTOR a self-addressed, stamped, large brown, clasp envelope and notify the CONTEST DIRECTOR prior to roll call of their inability to attend verification or award presentations.   Sponsors are encouraged to notify TOURNAMENT OFFICIALS at Meet Headquarters (TTU Library - Croslin Room) of participants requesting post-event mailing.

UNCLAIMED CONTEST MATERIALS: Following awards ceremonies Contest Directors return participant provided envelopes and unclaimed contest materials to Meet Headquarters, TTU Library - Croslin Room.  Sponsors may pickup these materials throughout the day.  We do not guarantee mailed returns of contest materials.
