The forum, sponsored by the Office of the Vice President for Research, is an opportunity for junior faculty to learn about research opportunities targeting young investigators and successful strategies to obtain these. Two current program officers from the National Science Foundation (NSF), past program officers from the Department of Energy and NSF, and junior faculty who have been successful in obtaining research grants from different agencies will be present.
