Reagan Hales
Managing Director
Reagan Hales is Managing Director of the Research Development Team (RDT) in the Office of the Vice President for Research. In this role, she works with faculty to develop large, multi-disciplinary proposals to federal agencies and corporate foundations. Reagan also works with regional, state and national partners to further develop collaborative teams to advance and achieve the strategic goals championed by the University.
Reagan joined the OVPR in October 2010. Prior to this, she served as Assistant Managing Director in the Office of Technology Commercialization. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance, she began her career with Merrill Lynch in Institutional Sales and Trading. Reagan has also worked with the American Heart Association and the American Lung Association in fundraising and development.
Reagan is an active volunteer in her church and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Hospice of Lubbock.
