Cayuse SP and You: Webinars

We anticipate going live with Cayuse SP (Sponsored Projects) within the next 7-10 days. While it is primarily a “back office” application, it will affect every researcher who seeks and receives funding from external sources as proposal routing will be accomplished electronically using Cayuse SP. Once Cayuse SP is implemented, paper routing of proposals will no longer be an option.
Online modules for Cayuse SP should be available in early December. In the meantime, we will host a series of webinars to cover the basics of using Cayuse SP. Participants will learn how to create, complete and route electronic Internal Processing Forms (IPFs) in Cayuse SP, how to approve or reject proposals in the routing queue, and how to attach notes and documents to sponsored program records. [Note: Separate sessions are planned in early December for department chairs and deans for their approval process.]

We are very excited about the addition of Cayuse SP to the TTU research administration tool box and believe it will simplify the routing process as Cayuse 424 simplified the submission process.
