Ashley Whisenant
Senior Analyst
Ashley Whisenant is a Senior Analyst for the Office of Research Services. In her position she serves as post-award administrator for the College of Agricultural Sciences & Natural Resources, College of Education, and the Texas Co-op Unit. She establishes budgets, approves budget revisions, validates, and approves equipment purchases, as well as prepares and reviews subcontracts and professional service agreements.
Ashley graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in 2005 and a master’s in public administration in 2007. She worked at Covenant Health System for three years before joining the ORS.
