Texas Tech University

International Collaborations, Research, and Travel

Are you interested in International collaborations, research, or travel? A new webpage and training modules will be helpful to you. As Texas Tech increases its global presence, this new resource provides information on how the academic community should interact with U.S. government laws, policies and regulations.

The Recommended Training page explains how to access training and indicates which specific modules will be helpful to researchers and university staff with their various responsibilities. Each module should take about 30 minutes of your time.

Export Control Myths and Recommended Steps for Researchers located under the Resource tab provide quick, at-a-glance, information for faculty and other researchers.

The Office of the Vice President for Research will work with you and your colleagues to assure that you can pursue new collaborations and exchanges with international partners without violating the ever changing landscape of export law.
