Chords and Conversations Songwriter Event. January, 30 2020

There's a good chance you've never experienced anything quite like the Chords & Conversations Songwriters' Event!

Enjoy dinner and experience intimate performances by three of the most recognized and prolific songwriters in American music.

Paul Overstreet

Paul Overstreet

Like many songwriters, Paul Overstreet headed to Nashville with little more than his dreams of success, sleeping in his car and putting in long hours in a water heater factory. He now boasts 27 top-ten songs, two Grammys, and Song of the Year awards from both the ACM and CMA.

Marv Green

Marv Green

Marv Green landed his first number one in 1998 with George Strait's “True.” He's had several more since, including Lonestar's “Amazed,” which held the top spot for a record-breaking eight weeks. Green won BMI's Song of The Year in 2000 and was named Songwriter of the Year in 2001.

Scotty Emerick

Scotty Emerick

A Florida native, Scotty Emerick began his career in the mid-1990s. He is perhaps best known for his collaboration with Toby Keith, for whom he wrote the Grammy-nominated “Beer For My Horses.” In 2004, Emerick was named Songwriter of the Year by the Nashville Songwriters Association.
