Feed Your Body and Soul Week: Body Image is a State of Mind February 22 - 26, 2010
Coordinated by the Student Counseling Center, Student Wellness Center, Center for Addiction and Recovery, University Student Housing, Rec Sports, The Elisa Project and Women's Studies Program to help educate the campus community about healthy body image and eating disorders.

Don't forget to take part in our Skinny Clothes Challenge! Be comfortable in your genes by getting rid of clothes that don't fit the true YOU! All donations will be given to local charities. You can donate your skinny clothes at these locations throughout the week:

- Chitwood Weymouth
- Student Counseling Center
- Marsha Sharp Center for Studen Athletes

    Here's to your health! Come visit the Feed Your Body and Soul Fair to learn more on intuitive eating, media literacy and activism, and health at every size! Goody bags, t-shirts, and free food will be available for the taking!

    America the Beautiful: Is America Obsessed with Beauty? (2007)
    A film by Darryl Roberts. This documentary looks at how America's obsession with appearance is dictated to the public by the media, fashion industry and pop culture. This event is FREE and open to the public. Free t-shirts while supplies last!

    Going Gourmet On the Cheap with Healthy Microwave Cooking
    Would you like to learn how to make delicious, healthy, affordable meals in just minutes from the comfort of your very own microwave? If so, please join us for a healthy microwave cooking workshop. Learn how to make breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks using only a few utensils, inexpensive ingredients, and a microwave.
