Do you need volunteer hours? Have you ever wanted to know what it is like to plan and organize a conference? If your answer is yes to either of these questions, then the Women’s Studies Conference on April 18-19, 2014 needs your help.
This training session will teach you about duties that are available and how to manage tasks as assigned. We will acquaint all volunteers to the organization and structure of the conference so that they are fully prepared for the day of the event.

Note: All current and future volunteers are asked to attend one of the two training sessions. Contact the Volunteer Coordinator if you cannot attend one of these trainings to make arrangments to discuss the position duties in detail.
This opportunity is highly beneficial to those students in need of building their resume. We will work with you, even if you can only provide us an hour of your day. You do not have to commit to the whole time frame and there is not a limit to the amount of time you spend with us.
