Have an event you'd like to add?

We've created a central Outlook Calendar which is accessible to everyone in Davis College. We use it to update the events on this page, and we would love for you to contribute!

The Outlook calendar includes events and key dates for Davis College and its departments, centers, and institutes, including guest speakers, student organization meetings and competitions, departmental events, committee meetings, student events, recruiting events, receptions, award ceremonies, alumni events, fundraisers, etc. Public-facing events from the Outlook calendar will be posted here.

If you are planning an event, just include daviscollege@ttu.edu in the “Optional” invitees when you're creating the event in your Outlook calendar. Please also include a brief description in the body of the invitation.

While you're at it, add the Davis College Calendar to your Outlook so you can easily see how events throughout the college fit into your schedule (instructions for Windows and Mac users)!
