Addo stressed that it's important for CASNR students to make a professional first impression on prospective employers, and strongly encouraged students seeking jobs to bring updated resumes and dress professionally.
In addition, Addo said the University Career Center provides services to undergraduate and graduate students, as well as alumni from Texas Tech. Students and alumni can schedule face-to-face, phone or video appointments. The office is located in the Wiggins Complex.
The staff has researched, collected and developed resources to support students as they navigate the job search process and graduate school application process. This includes professional document writing; interviewing/salary negotiation; professional dress/etiquette; and the internship search process.
