Process

01. Carefully read and follow the application instructions for each listing
(see Internship Opportunities below).

02. Portfolio. Carefully edit and show only your best design work.

03. Send a thank-you note after each interview (email or snail mail).

04. If offered the position, ask the internship supervisor to fill out the
Internship Contract.

05. Email a pdf of the completed contract to Professor Tedeschi. When received, School of Art advisor Linda Rumbelow will lift the hold so you can register for course credit. In turn, you will receive the internship packet to include the course syllabus, midterm & final report outline, and important deadlines and due dates.

Texas Tech Double TTexas Tech University Office of Communications and Marketing
Seeking a student intern to join the graphic design team. This is an excellent position for a sophomore/junior level design student looking to enrich their educational experience while at Texas Tech. Job duties include working with the design team on print and digital projects, and adhering to university brand standards. Programs: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Paid position for approximately 20 hours per week, per semester. This position will assist the Chancellor's Office staff with various writing, design, and special projects; support the day-to-day functions of the office, and assist other departments in the TTU System Administration as needed.
