Amelia E. Talley, an associate professor of experimental-social psychology, is associate dean of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for Texas Tech University's College of Arts & Sciences.

“As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Pride Month provides me with chances to share in appreciation of hard-fought victories, amplify awareness of ongoing struggles, unite with others in solidarity, and celebrate the freedom to live authentically. In the College of Arts & Sciences, I serve all members of our faculty, staff, students, and alumni community with Red Raider PRIDE.”
