The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for maximizing revenues for Altice Media Sales, NYI and News12. They are responsible for creating schedules that ensure the highest revenue and priority spots are placed and properly air. In this position, logs are created for over 100+ networks. This position works in Novar, Eclipse, Strata, TIM & Ad Blocks Applications. Responsibilities include network programming and formatting for break schedules, creative copy preparation for 30 linear commercials, their point of entry and management. Responsibilities also include daily order/revision exporting, copy entry, spot billing reconciliation, verification and report generation and distribution. This includes scheduling of all Cash Linear advertising spots, Advance Platforms contracts, NCC/ National spots, PSAs and promotions. The Coordinator works with the Altice Media, NYI and NCC Executives on a daily and weekly basis.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in work experience
- Strong Communication skills in person, by telephone and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel is a must
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
