Student Organization's Use of the Courtyard/Easels

Student Union Courtyard

Registered student organizations and university departments may request to utilize the Courtyard area of the Student Union for activities that allow active or passive participation of all persons in the courtyard in a sharing of expertise or knowledge. These learning experiences may include performances, demonstrations, and exhibitions. Reservations can be placed by contacting the Student Union Main Office. All requests are subject to review and are contingent upon, availability.

Registered student organizations and university departments may use display easels in the Student Union. Reservations for easels can be placed by contacting the Student Union Main Office. All requests are subjects to review and are contingent upon availability.
