LEAD Fellow & Committee

Leaders Engaged in Advancing Diversity (LEAD) Fellows serve as liaisons between the Texas Tech University Division of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and the university's various colleges.

Julia Heard Witt, LEAD FellowJulia Heard Witt serves as LEAD Fellow and senior director of the Office of Undergraduate Advising & Recruiting in the College of Media & Communication. Heard leads an award-winning advising team that provides a holistic approach to helping students reach their maximum potential while working through their undergraduate program.
