Greetings to our Red Raider family,

On Tuesday. March 24th the TTU Office of the President shared that the institution will move to phase IV of the Emergency Remote Work Status Operational Phases. Currently, the Division of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion has all staff working remotely and will resume on-campus services once the university returns to normal operations. The DDEI areas located in Doak and Drane Halls, Admin Building and the Chess Office in the library on the Lubbock campus will be closed until further notice. The health and safety of our students, faculty and staff remain our top priority. We understand that these proactive measures can impact emotional, mental & physical well-being, please know that we are here to support you. Our commitment as the Division of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is to ensure that all of our students, mentors and program participants are able to continue receiving services via virtual options.

Our programs and units are utilizing various options to offer opportunities to engage with our professional and student staff. We are here for you through this time of transition and to finish out the semester strong. While we may not be in our usual locations on campus, we are accessible to schedule appointments online, email, via phone and for some of our areas via Blackboard Collaborate Ultra. Our team is still available to meet virtually during regular university hours, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.

We are providing programmatic experiences where program participants can engage with us via social media, live streaming and zoom to create a virtual community of support for you all. Please be sure to follow our social media pages for more details.

Please continue to reach out to us and we can work with you through any needs that you may have and getting you connected with proper resources.
