PowerPoint Themes and Templates

The theme or template you select for a presentation should be simple and use highly contrasting colors. Solid colors are generally preferable to patterns and textures. This will assist those with impaired vision and those with learning disabilities to more easily view and understand your presentation.

Microsoft offers a selection of accessible PowerPoint templates that have already been prepared for users with visual disabilities.

You can make changes to the theme in the Design tab of Microsoft PowerPoint.
