Peer Review

The FeedbackFruits Peer Feedback tool allows instructors to create assignments where students provide feedback to their peers on that assignment. The instructor sets the criteria the students use to evaluate their classmates' work.

The FeedbackFruits Comprehension of Document tool is a social annotation tool that helps students to better process study material. The instructor can set predetermined topics for students. Student will select and annotate passages where the predetermined topics are discussed. This helps students to understand the structure of the material and improves reading strategies.

Group Member Evaluation

The FeedbackFruits Group Member Evaluation tool allows students to assess their peers' collaboration skills using criteria specified by the instructor. Groups are automatically synched from Blackboard.

Assignment Review

The FeedbackFruits Assignment Feedback tool allows the instructor to provide in-line feedback on deliverables uploaded by students such as videos, documents, images or even websites. The instructor can specify feedback using criteria, place feedback in line with the deliverable and optionally provide a grade that will be synced to the LMS. The assignment is gradable, or it can be used as an informational tool.

The FeedbackFruits Skill Feedback tool allows instructors to give feedback in learning activities where there is no deliverable such as a presentation, an oral exam, or an interview. Feedback can be graded.

The Self-Assessment of Work tool can be used to let students reflect on uploaded work. This can be individual work or team projects. The tool follows a similar structure to Peer Review but contains only a self-assessment step.

Automated Feedback

The FeedbackFruits Automated Feedback is a supporting module for students. You will be able to see which of the pre-defined criteria your student passed. It cannot be used to grade students. Setting up Automated Feedback will save you time and will provide your students with additional formative feedback moments that can help improve the quality of their work.
