ePortfolio: Coming Soon to Blackboard

Available Campus-Wide Fall 2018

By Gail Alleyne Bayne, Ed.D., Program Manager

Faculty can start now to prepare for the Blackboard ePortfolio Tool. An ePortfolio (electronic portfolio) is a collection of information and digital artifacts that communicate and showcase skills or competencies, experiences and learning. The main features of the Blackboard ePortfolio include an easy-to-use editor, and artifacts such as text, images, videos, and other types of media can be incorporated into the ePortfolio. Artifacts can also be added from personal computer files or from Blackboard course assignment submissions, which are easy to share with individuals at Texas Tech or outside of TTU via email. Best of all, the pages can be downloaded into a zip file to take with you or for future use. No advance technical skills required.

Join the ePortfolio Faculty Learning Community group to get more insights, a demo, and early access to the Blackboard Portfolio Tool.
