Texas Tech's Office of Continuing & Professional Education (OCPE) is announcing three new information technology bootcamp modules.

These IT bootcamps prepare individuals for in-demand, high-paying jobs in the tech sector. Participants can gain the skills and practical experience employers are looking for in an accelerated, 100% online format.

The courses are a six-month structure of interactive, self-paced IT job training that will build key concepts of knowledge, skills, and industry certifications to land an entry-level IT job without experience. The bootcamp students also have access to five one-hour, one-on-one coaching sessions.

According to program director Jessica Thomas, MBA, SHRM-CP, the OCPE takes pride in staying committed to student success, community enrichment and providing courses and programs that are relevant to current workforce needs.

“Openings for tech jobs are not slowing down anytime soon, and we already know that these positions are in high demand,” she said. “Will you be the next developer, AI specialist, or cybersecurity analyst?”
