Printing Procedures
Printing Procedures:
- To obtain printing credit, or check account balance, students should visit the PcounterWebPay website to add money to their account using a debit or credit card.
- A minimum deposit of $5.00 is required
- All unused credit is rolled over to the next semester or the student can receive a refund by visiting with Digital Media staff.
- Our printer accounting software is separate from other departments, including other TTU Depts.
- To prevent someone else from printing on your account, make sure you log off before leaving your computer.
- Credit will be given only for printing errors that are NOT the student's fault. Students must present proof of printing error to the staff in the Digital Media Lab.
- Jobs printed by the print bureau staff will have an added service fee.
Printer Installation:
Windows
- You must be connected to the TTU Network
- From the Windows Start Menu, in search bar enter: \\elpasoprint.arch.ttu.edu
- When asked to sign in, use your eraider credentials:
- username: ttu\eraider name
- password: eraider password
- Domain: TTU
- Double click printer you want to install and allow Windows to install driver
MacOS
- Instructions for those using Mac OS X Mavericks or newer will be provided as procedures have changed.
