For First Year Students

Student Housing Accommodations

All students will stay in the Hulen/Clement Residence Hall for one night. The cost of this night is included in your registration fee and is automatically reserved for you.

Linens are not provided. Please visit our What to Bring page to learn more. 

Even if family members or guests plan on staying elsewhere, overnight stays on-campus will allow you to experience life in the residence halls. We believe doing so enables you to better participate in all scheduled sessions and provides you the opportunity to meet other students.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for preferred roommates during RRO sessions. 

This information is for students only. Overnight accommodations are NOT included as part of the RRO Guest Registration fee and should be arranged on your own. Visit our Guest Accommodations page for more information.

Student Orientation Meals

We want to make the orientation experience enjoyable and hassle-free.  We provide two meals and access to on-campus dining options to purchase meals. 

All Hospitality locations (except Chick-fil-A) are cashless. 

• All students and registered guests are invited to our included Fajita Dinner on the evening of Day 1. 
• Students will also receive an included buffet breakfast on the morning of Day 2.

Guests can purchase any meals on their own with credit at any of our dining locations.
