Luisa García Carrión

Research Assistant

Luisa García Carrión is a research assistant at the Free Market Institute and a second year Ph.D. student in the Department of Political Science in the College of Arts and Sciences at Texas Tech University.

Luisa earned her B.A. in international relations and public affairs from Universidad Loyola and a M.A. in economics of the Austrian School at Uiversidad Rey Juan Carlos in Spain. 

Her research interests include comparative politics, international relations, and complexity applied to public policy.
