Gor Mkrtchian is a research assistant at the Free Market Institute and a fifth year Ph.D. student in the Department of Political Science in the College of Arts and Sciences at Texas Tech University.

Gor earned a B.A. in political science and theater studies from Yale University in 2018.

His research interests include development economics and international political economy.
