Summary 

This layer contains 2008 and 2009 coal production in Texas. This polygon file was specifically designed for small scale thematic mapping.

Description 

            

              

                

                  The spatial data were obtained from the United States Energy Information Agency and are current as of 2009. The Attributes were modified to include only coal production 08, coal production 09, and coal production in millions of short tonnes, and state name and abbreviation. The coordinate system of this data is WGS 1984.
