Texas, Rivers, Boundary, Hydrology
This layer contains the rivers that, in part, form the boundary of Texas. This boundary file was specifically designed for small to medium scale thematic mapping and analysis.
The spatial data originated from the USGS National Hydrography Dataset and were processed further by the Texas Tech Center for Geospatial Technology. Geoprocessing was performed to isolate the highly detailed rivers that form part of the Texas boundary. The Attributes were modified to include only river name and various identification codes. The coordinate system of this data is WGS 1984.
