Conference Rates

Billing and Deposits

A 10% Housing deposit and 20% Hospitality deposit are due with the signed contract.

Guests will be billed within fifteen business days of their conference checking out. Payment can be made by check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. Texas Tech University affiliated groups can make payment by Inter-Institutional Voucher (IV). Payment is due within 30 days of the date on your invoice. Individuals not affiliated with a group will need to pay any balance prior to check out.

Additional In-Hall Space Rental

Additional space needs for camp stores and/or storage rooms can be reserved for a fee of $26.00 per space, per day. Limited meeting rooms within the residence halls are available. Please contact the Manager for Conference Services for availability and rates.

Hospitality Services

Pre-tax rate, Texas Tech will apply an 8.25% tax to meals for groups who do not submit a tax-exempt form.

Hospitality Locations

Hospitality Services offers an All-You-Care-To-Eat dining facility for Summer Conferences in The Market @ Stangel/Murdough.

Linens

Beginning Summer 2020, bed and bath linen rentals will only be available to long-term camp/conference groups booking a minimum of 10 nights, or groups primarily comprised of international guests.
