Jason currently lives in Fulshear, TX with his wife Liz and daughters Morgan and Milena. He is a proud graduate of Texas Tech University with a Master of Science degree in Financial Planning and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.

In January 2016 he completed a 10 year succession plan with his business partner Wynette Stuntz and purchased her practice. Shortly thereafter Brooke Davis, a 2015 Texas Tech PFP graduate joined him as a Planning Assistant. Prior to joining Neal Financial Group in 2006, Jason spent four years with Waddell and Reed as a Financial Advisor in Fort Worth and Lubbock. After graduate school, Jason spent a semester as the Associate Director of Educational Programs for Financial Perspectives School of Finance in Singapore. His primary focus was teaching the Fundamentals of Financial Planning and Fundamentals of Investments courses for Singapore's Certified Financial Planner™ examinations.

Jason is a member of the Financial Planning Association Houston Chapter and has served on the Houston Board of Directors as the Public Relations Chairperson. He currently assists with event planning on the Houston FPA NexGen and Career Development committees. Jason is a founding member and past President of the Personal Financial Planning Alumni Advisory Board and is currently serving as the Fundraising Committee Chairperson. He currently volunteers as an Alumni mentor to current PFP students. Jason was also named to the InvestmentNews40 Under 40 List for 2016.

While attending graduate school at Texas Tech University Jason had the unique opportunity to assist Dr. Dorothy Durband with the creation of Red to Black, a financial counseling program within the university. Red to Black continues to provide free financial education and counseling for university students.

Jason was born and raised in Perryton, TX where he grew up on a farm that has been in the family for four generations. Jason spends most of his leisure time with his beautiful wife and daughters. He enjoys attending the plethora of children's birthday parties that surface once you become a parent.
