Can I take more than one course at a time?

Participants can take up to two courses at one time providing an opportunity to complete the certificate in as little as 9 months.

Is there an application fee?

Application fees depend on the certificate type and whether or not you are a current TTU graduate student.

Continuing Education Certificate (non-credit / non-degree seeking): $0 fee

Graduate Credit Certificate (for-credit / non-degree seeking): $75 fee

Graduate Credit Degree Certificate (for-credit / degree seeking): $25 fee

What is the cost?

  • Continuing Education Certificate (non-credit / non-degree seeking)
    • $5,500 total fee / $2,200 per course
  • Graduate Credit Certificate (for-credit / non-degree seeking)

How do the courses work? 

The online classes are asynchronous (can complete 24-7 with no scheduled class meetings or live lectures); however, all students will be required to complete readings and assignments on a regular basis in accordance to the class schedule (not self-paced). You can expect to spend approximately 10 hours per week on the material per course. There are no pre-requisites in order to take courses.
