IMMAP Building

The Institute for Measurement, Methodology, Analysis and Policy (IMMAP) was established in 2014. IMMAP provides best-practice support and novel methodological/statistical innovations for researchers across the social, biological, health, behavioral, educational, and developmental sciences.

We want to inspire scholars to pose challenging policy relevant research questions. To do so, we provide them with best-practice research tools that yield unequivocally accurate answers for the researchers, stakeholders and policy makers alike. IMMAP specializes in broadening - through innovation - the measurement, methodology, and analysis procedures that researchers can employ. These innovative procedures go beyond practice as usual and brings the powerful new methods of tomorrow into the tool box of researchers today.

Our Mission

IMMAP innovates analytic tools to enhance research outcomes, decision science, and causal inference. We are dedicated to the complementary missions of:

  • Providing best-practice methodological and statistical support to students, staff, and faculty in the conduct of their research.
  • Providing PK-12 and higher education, business, industry, and government sectors with measurement, methodology, and statistical analysis support services.

IMMAP provides services for many sectors, including higher education, government, military, criminal justice, PK-12 education, business, and medical sciences. Services include: biostatistics, predictive analytics, data capture and management, latent variable statistical analysis, advanced treatments for missing data, longitudinal modeling, mixture modeling, multilevel modeling, design and analyze both clinical trials and quasi experimental studies. IMMAP also conducts program evaluations, develops new assessment instruments, and assists in grant procurement and others.
