International Research and Development
The International Research and Development division was created to facilitate, in collaboration with the Office of Vice President for Research, the development of multi-investigator, multi-disciplinary international research and development programs at Texas Tech University. Through the services of the International Center for Arid and Semiarid Land Studies (ICASALS), we promote the university's special mission of the interdisciplinary study of arid and semiarid environments and the human relationship to these environments from an international perspective.
Let us help you develop your international proposal, preliminary proposal, or letter of intent. In addition to our monthly International Funding Alert and our Internal Grant Funding Opportunities, here are some of the services we can provide:
- Search and connect with international and local collaborators
- Facilitate your international collaborators' understanding of U.S. funding agencies' rules
- Interpret program guidelines and determine proposal alignment with agency priorities
- Interact with the Office of Research Services for administrative and compliance requirements prior ORS submission
If you need any service or information not listed above for your international proposal, please reach out to us.
