Basic Land Practices

The Basic Land Practices study abroad course is a 41-day program which travels to Paris, Strasbourg, Heidelberg, Munich and Vienna. Classroom work will include the study of various topics necessary to prepare the student for a career in the energy industry by providing the basic knowledge and skills of a petroleum landman. Additionally, site visits will focus on global perspectives with regards to energy development, policy, security and geopolitics. Three course hours.
