The Trip

The Texas Tech University Center in Sevilla's 1st Alumni Reunion Trip: November 6-11, 2022

In order to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Texas Tech University Center in Sevilla, we have organized our first-ever alumni reunion trip designed to bring past program participants back to Sevilla. During the trip you will have the chance to re-experience Sevilla and nearby places, reconnect with other participants, faculty, staff and host families, and see how both the city and the TTU Center have evolved. We've designed a trip that will walk you down memory lane but that will also provide you with new memories and experiences. Friends and family of alumni are welcome. Capacity: 50.

Prices per person

Price per person in a single room: $1,350

Price per person in a double room: $1,100

Price includes lodging at Hotel Fernando III, breakfast, OnCall insurance and all activities listed on the itinerary. Prices do not include airfare. 

Pay Remaining Balance

• Registration is complete once deposit is received, registrations made on a first-come, first-serve basis
• Payment in full is due by September 30, 2022. You will be able to pay remaining balance beginning September 1.

Preliminary Itinerary

Sunday, November 6th:                        

• Check-in Hotel Fernando III
• Welcome happy hour and dinner

Monday, November 7th:                      

• Morning activity in the city (choose 1):
  • Triana Tour 
  • Judería Tour                          
• Ceremony with alumni, students, faculty and staff at the TTU Center in Sevilla

Tuesday, November 8th:                      

• Visit Itálica in Santiponce with group lunch at Ventorillo Canario
• Host families invited   
• Afternoon activity at The TTU Center in Sevilla (choose 1):
  • Tile Workshop
  • Sevillanas Dance class

Wednesday, November 9th:                      

• Free day in Sevilla

Thursday, November 10th:                   

• Day trip to Jerez, including:
  • A horse show
  • Lunch
  • Winery visit

Friday, November 11th :                      

•  Check-out and departure
