Scott Lucas is the superintendent of TTU K-12, bringing to the district 28 years of educational experience. After graduating from Wayland Baptist University, he went on to teach and coach at Lubbock Roosevelt, Brownfield, Lamesa, and Tahoka school districts. Scott earned his Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Lubbock Christian University in 2006 and served as an administrator in Whiteface and Brownfield schools before being named superintendent of White Deer ISD.
