Charges Appeal Request
To question a Library charge or processing fee, you should first speak in-person at the Service Desk. If no solution is agreed upon, you may submit a written appeal using the form at the bottom of the page.
Appeals for Library charges MUST be received within 6 months from the original date of the charge.
Appeals based solely on the inability to pay and/or disagreement with the fine structure will not be considered in the formal appeal process. Any disagreements of this type should be directed to the Circulation Department.
If an appeal is accepted for consideration, the corresponding charges are temporarily removed from your Student Business Service account. The fine is waived, adjusted, or re-posted to your account at the end of the appeals process.
