To promote and facilitate scholarly research and communication among universities as well as access to information in general, Texas Tech University Libraries extend borrowing privileges to visitors from South Plains College (SPC), Lubbock Christian University (LCU), TexShare program participating institutions, Greater Western Library Alliance (GWLA) Members, and Association of Research Libraries (ARL) Members.

Valid ID Cards

To use resources at the TTU Libraries, you need to request a Texas Tech University Libraries Borrower Card using the following ID cards at the TTU Libraries Service Desk.

The Texas Tech University Libraries Borrower Card is valid for a year upon submission. You may use this Borrower Card to use resources in TTU Libraries within your privileges.
