Holly Wilson, Ph.D.
Biography
I am from Munday, Texas and received my B.S. in Natural Resources Ecology & Conservation
from Lubbock Christian University. After graduation, I moved to Hays, Kansas where
I earned my M.S. in Biology from Fort Hays State University. There, I studied diet
and activity patterns of several species of bat within the state of Kansas. As a master's
student, I realized my interests were in applied ecology and macroecology. Continuing
with these interests, I am currently studying the use of bridges and culverts by bats
in the Trans-Pecos ecoregion of Texas as a Ph.D. student here at Texas Tech.
