OLLI Membership Benefits

In Abilene, you may enroll in a class as a member or non-member, but non-members will be charged a higher fee. As an OLLI member, you may attend any of our classes in Lubbock, Abilene, Fredericksburg, or Marble Falls once class fee is paid. Must enroll even if class is free.

How much does it cost?

Abilene = $35 per person (Individual must be 50 years of age or older)
Annual membership – valid for a year from date of purchase
Memberships are not pro-rated and not refundable.

Who Can Register?

Abilene: OLLI members and non-members. OLLI members get priority enrollment for all classes. Non-members pay a higher fee and may not have a spot open for classes. Please enroll in advance. No at the door registrations and NO auditing of classes is allowed.
Please sign up at least one week before a scheduled program to ensure the class makes and to allow us have adequate seating arranged.

Cancellation/Refunds/Transfers

You must give us written or email notification SEVEN DAYS BEFORE FIRST CLASS DATE to be considered for a refund. If you paid on-line using a credit card, we can issue a credit to your card within 2-3 weeks, but ask you to consider a credit towards a class in same fiscal year (Sept.-July). Payments by check can take 60-90 days for a refund, if you do not choose to take a credit towards another class. No refunds or credits allowed for any offering with bus transportation, food, supplies or other costs. If you choose not to attend a course for which you have pre-registered, you will not be eligible for a credit or refund of any kind.

Confirmation

Your check is your confirmation. If you register online, a confirmation is sent immediately to your email address. Paper confirmations are not mailed. If you have questions, please contact us.

Program Changes

OLLI at TTU reserves the right to substitute instructors, rearrange class schedules, or cancel classes due to low enrollment or if instructor must cancel. Class locations are listed in catalog or on electronic reminders. In case of class cancellation, you will be notified and will receive a credit.

In case of bad weather, contact us to know if a class has been cancelled.
