Technical Experience

I first began my journey into Technical Support in 1997 working for Saint Mary's Medical Group in Lubbock Texas as Desktop support. I assisted in the merge of St. Mary's and Methodist Hospital into Covenant Health Systems. In 2001 Perot Systems began support for Covenant Health Systems where I began my journey with Perot Systems and was moved to Desk Top Support team lead. In 2004 I was transferred to the AIX Unix team and relocated to Dallas Texas area to work at Perot Systems Headquarters in Plano Texas. During my time in Dallas I have also worked for Dell, NTT DATA and Bank of America as Linux System Admin.
