4-5 p.m.
March 22
Room 151 of the Teaching, Learning and Professional Development Center, main floor of the Library - Presented in Spanish

Presented by Carmen Pereira, professor of classical and modern languages and literature

This program will be presented twice, once in English and once in Spanish.

Some people tend to stereotype Spain as a country with one culture, but nothing could be further from the truth. It's a mosaic of different identities and languages with deep historical roots, but it's facing challenges of national separatism and terrorism much like the rest of the western world. Learn about how these cultures are uniting and dividing Spain.

Pizza and refreshments will be served.
