Submit a Strive Issue or Raise a Request

If you are unable to login, please contact success@ttu.edu to request access.

  1. Login to help.success.ttu.edu using your eRaider credentials.
  2. Select Strive Stakeholder Support from the left side menu.
  3. Navigate through the available menus to find and click on the best Request Type for your ticket.

    EXAMPLE:

  4. Fill in the details of your request. Please make sure you provide as many details as possible.

    Priority Levels:

    • Critical Blocker- department productivity is impossible
    • Blocker- task productivity is impossible
    • High- department productivity interrupted
    • Medium- task productivity interrupted
    • Low- department productivity possible, but issue needs to be reviewed
    • Minor- task productivity possible, but issue needs to be reviewed
  5. Click on Create.

Review and Reply to Request

  1. Login to help.success.ttu.edu using your eRaider credentials.
  2. Click on Requests in the top right corner.
  3. Select My Request.
