Gretchen Plocek, Undergraduate Researcher
Gretchen Plocek is an undergraduate researcher at Texas Tech in the Urban Horticulture and Sustainability Lab. She is scheduled to graduate in 2024 with a Bachelor's degree in Biology with an emphasis on Horticulture. Gretchen plans to study sustainable agriculture with further education and enjoys creating patio gardens, learning about hydroponics, and researching traditional agriculture. With her experience as an undergraduate researcher, she hopes to achieve a love for research and educating peers on the importance of sustainable agriculture.
