Chris Roach is Chief Executive Officer of BBG, a real estate services company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Prior to this position he was the president of the valuation and advisory team at BBG with extensive experience in commercial real estate valuation and management.
He is a general certified appraiser in multiple states and is actively involved in The Real Estate Council (TREC). Chris was elected into the Associate Leadership Council, class of 2010-11. Roach received his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2009 and is also an active member of the North Texas Chapter of The Appraisal Institute where he served as President and was on the Executive Board of Directors in 2018. Additionally, he is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC) and Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). Chris received his B.B.A. in finance with an emphasis in real estate from Texas Tech in 2001.
In his personal time, Chris is involved with multiple civic and charitable organizations including Park Cities Baptist Church, Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels, Lone Star Paralysis and has coached numerous sports teams through Upward Basketball, YMCA, and St. Monica's. He also enjoys traveling, tennis and golf. Chris and his wife, Katie, reside in Dallas with their three daughters, Madelyn, Molly and Caroline.
